TERRIBLE
I bought the product as 'new' and it arrived with missing pieces (one of the pens did not have the ink tube in), and the internal foam of the box was broken, as if someone else had bought before, stole the ink, broke the foam, returned it, and thats what I got.

All items are good though Amazon Box is in very bad shape.
Ordered Last Feb. 27, Received the Item on March 14. Items are all good,the pens still have good ink. Though Amazon box is not in good state, Box is overlapped with regular brown packaging tape. Amazon Box labeled as Amazon India though bought the item thru Amazon.ae.
