Looks and the quality is amazing
The actual product is far far better than the pictures. Very well made with pockets and compartments for all your needs. Would definitely recommend it.

The bag was used, not clean and missing parts
While the bag was advertised as new, it arrived used and missing its shoulder strap, with traces of food particles inside. Regrettably, returning it is not feasible as I've already shipped it to Tanzania, where I reside. This experience has left me extremely disappointed and feeling cheated.
