These keep falling out for me, you get a better smoke but not if you have to hold it in place.

Doesn’t fit the Mighty properly
I love the idea of this but it doesn’t fit properly and you have to readjust the mouthpiece and hold it in with your hand while in use. Not great. Wouldn’t recommend.
