Has this also been certified to ansi/nsf standard 53 for lead reduction (97.7%) and cyst reduction (99.95%)...was not answered in prior ??'s

No. It has not been certified NSF/ANSI 53.

Following the instructions Fizzlife Solutions gives in a previous answer to search for "H O Water Purification Technology" you will find this listing --> http://info.nsf.org/Certified/DWTU/Listings.asp?Company=C0262757&Standard=042 -- which states the filter has certification ONLY for NSF/ANSI 42.

The NSF standards are listed here --> http://www.nsf.org/consumer-resources/water-quality/water-filters-testing-treatment/standards-water-treatment-systems -- and state that NSF/ANSI 42 "Filters are certified to reduce aesthetic impurities such as chlorine and taste/odor." They ARE NOT certified to reduce lead.

NSF/ANSI 53 "Filters are certified to reduce a contaminant with a health effect. Health effects are set in this standard as regulated by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Health Canada." -- meaning it's certified to reduce lead, herbicides, pesticides, VOCs, MTBE, etc. The Frizzlife  *may* filter lead, but it is not, at least as of now, certified to by the NSF.  (If the Frizzlife filter is a "class 1" as it states on the product then, according to this website --> http://www.ezclearwater.com/nsf-standards.php -- it probably does filter cysts.)

Will this filter remove pfoa?

I suggest you ask the seller. I looked through the description as I'm sure you did and not seeing any reference to to pfoa. This filter is a 2 stage, so I'm betting it doesn't do what you want.

Wil this cartridge fit the Apex MR-1030 filter housing?

As this product is unavailable, does anybody know of an alternative filter replacement that will fit mk99/mp99 filters?

Second response. The first one was answered at a time I had to leave the computer, but this one should help. I looked up the Frizzlife website just now and they have a message on screen stating that "due to the present virus disruption, these filters are unavailable until March 30". But you can pre-order and when available, they/it will be shipped to you.
