If anyone is looking for a knife that someone with grip problems can use , this is it. I have a set from years ago that is perfect and I gift this to any friend that has grip problems I.e.stroke, arthritis ect. They have all agreed , it’s great

Been looking for an all around sharp knife, and all the giant utility, bread, and other serrated knives for the kitchen just were NOT working. They were garbage. So I decided to give these a try. They cut pineapple and tomatoes and such better than larger knives, and I buy these THICK, HARD cow trachea (ew!) tubes for my dog, and these are the ONLY knives that would cut them -- and cuts them SO easily!!

At this price point I guess I was expecting a knife with a little more heft, I have a similar set which I bought from a different maker ( can't remember who sadly) that are heavier & more solidly built. That said these work fine, I eat a lot of chops & steaks, I do have to apply more pressure when slicing/cutting thick steaks (NY strips) that I do with my other set. They don't seems to be as sharp as my other set either.If you are just going to use these occasionally for steak night they will work fine. However if you are a carnivore like me eating at meat at least 5 days a week I would keep looking, there are better sets out there.

Very serviceable steak knives. Exactly what I was looking for and exactly what was represented by the mfg.

My wife loves this type for general purpose sandwhich making & butter spreading. She had 4 old ones; these are the only ones I could find that truly match.

I've finally found a steak house knife that feels good in my large hands. My previous steak knives were so small on the handle it felt like a little kids play knife. I love these knives and they cut my steak really well. Great gift for the person who like to eat steak, brisket, or any met for that matter. Great buy and very happy with them.

One of the knives bent at the tip when l was trying to cut an ear of corn.

These are larger than I was expecting, chunky in both handle and blade. The blade is very sharp, although only time will tell how sharp they stay and whether the stainless steel is quality enough to resist pitting and rusting. But for now, all is good. The handles are a nice smooth varnished wood with metal rivets and sit well in the hand. Made in Brazil too, a nice change from China!

Mmh, vermutlich habe ich zu viel erwartet. Aber für 6,25€/Stk ist die Qualität vielleicht angemessen. Sie sind unerwartet groß und die Klingen eher dünn, aber für den Zweck ausreichend. Leider ist der Schliff ist nicht so toll. Die Messer reißen mehr, als dass sie schneiden. Brötchen lassen sich mit ein wenig Vorsichtig wegen der Spitze recht gut aufschneiden. Kochschinken wir, wie schon erwähnt, eher gerissen als geschnitten, geht aber schon, wenn auch nicht schön. Schauen wir mal, wie lang sie einigermaßen ihren Dienst verrichten.
