These are healthier than most dental chews. They cost a bit more but it's worth it

Let me start by saying my dog is EXTREMELY picky when it comes to food/treats. I've tried giving him dental treats before, like Greenies and he's never interested. The reason I decided to try these is because I had a feeling he might like something mint flavored, due to the fact that whenever I put on my mint lip balm he always runs over to me to lick it off my lips lol. So after searching for mint flavored treats, I stumbled upon these. He kind of nibbled on it a little & then went & hid it which is what he always does with a treat he's on the fence about so I didn't have high hopes at that point. Usually when that happens, he'll just move the treat around for awhile or I'll just find it eventually in some weird, random place. So I was pretty disappointed that it seemed like that's all he was going to do with these. I board other dogs & do doggy day care & had a cpl of other dogs here today and my dog immediately went to go get his Minties out of it's hiding place even though he also had a bully stick hid too. To my surprise he actually ate it too! I was honestly shocked, I've seen him hide a lot of treats but I don't think I've ever seen him eat a treat that he's hid before! Don't know if he'll eat another one but I was so impressed I had to write a review..& the best part is I don't have to manually clean his teeth tonight w/ my finger so I'm pretty excited about that too lol. I'll come back & update if/when he eats more of them but that was enough of a win for now in my book with this picky little labradoodle!
