Holy crap! Totally impressed with this jewelry cleaner. I put 2 necklaces in the solution last night that were starting to get dingy & this morning they were totally clean!But the real test was a necklace my bf bought me. I haven't worn for a few years once it started looking tarnished. When I got it out of the box after not SEEING it for a year, was way worse than I remembered. (Before photo in review.) The charm was so dark it was even black in some parts. The chain was no better,lol. I left it in all day- so roughly 10 hours before taking it out. It was still very tarnished so figured it was just too far gone. But after reading the instructions (I know, should have done that first) found that u have to RUB the rest of the tarnish off with the cloth. For silver jewelry use the white cloth to get all the dark tarnished parts off...and then the navy blue cloth to shine it up. The cloth is also supposed to have something on it to help silver not tarnish as easily next time (we shall see,lol.)HIGHLY RECOMMEND this if you have jewelry that looks too gross to wear. I can't say how well it cleans gold because I dont wear gold. But assume it works just as well.

I use it to clean most all my jewelry. I (warm) it up to get the soap out and let them soak for a few minutes. Make sure the stones are ok to take heat.I use a very soft toothbrush to clean it under and on top.Rinse with really warm water and voilà.

I have used this product & brand for years. It really cleans making your jewelry shine. I was disappointed to receive the delicate when I ordered the all purposes. Regardless of the type this product is a 5. I gave it a 4 because it was not what I ordered.

I have been looking for something to clean my necklace for years. My husband bought me this necklace a long time ago and in the past few years it has started to lose its shine and look dull. I’ve tried everything. Then I saw this product and thought let’s try this. It’s amazing my necklace looks beautiful and sparkly. I’m so happy with the product and the price wasn’t terrible either. I will definitely continue to purchase, they have a loyal customer in me.

I was excited to have the small brush to help scrub out any gunk but I didn’t even receive it in the box 😐🤦🏻‍♀️. I got the cloths / container of solution.I have not tried out the product though.Guess I have to use an old toothbrush instead 😐🥲.

I have a herringbone necklace that I haven’t been able to get shiny in years (20 year old chain) it has been to jewelers and never got it shiny but this worked!

I have been using this jewelry cleaner for years all I can say is it's the best out there!
