I am not good with taking vitamins/pills and these make it very easy. I keep them in my bathroom and take it first thing every morning. Highly recommended!

Works well. I have been using these melts for years now and put me in a good mood for the day and I have energy and I’ll continue to take them as long as they work.

These vitamins fit my needs wonderfully. They melt easily and have a really nice taste. This is my second time buying them and will continue to buy in the future.

Interesting. When I first tried these they did nothing. Or so it seemed. Since I had an entire bottle I decided to try again. This time they had an effect on me that was like wakefulness. I actually didn't even notice they were working until I got home and realized I made it through all my errands and wasn't exhausted. The effect for me is very subtle. They do work but it's nothing like caffeine or 5 hour energy. It's just more like how I should feel normally. I have enough energy to get to the gym and hit the supermarket on the way home, whereas before I barely even wanted to leave the house. I'm wondering if I just have a B vitamin deficit. Anyway, I am happy with these but it took trying them about 4 times before I realized they do have an effect. One thing I hate is the stevia in it - nasty stuff! I would much rather they used xylitol! Other than that, yes, I'll keep using them.

Tastes great and melts pretty quick but halfway through the day I feel my body start to crash and I get so tired. When I do go to sleep for the night I wake up feeling like I haven't slept so it makes it hard to get out of bed. I stopped taking it for 2 days and I went back to normal. Would probably only take it when I don't have to work the following day

OK really what's in these cause they work incredibly fast and 100% as stated.. Was a nice surprise to actually feel a supplement work! My body must of needed whatever is in this. I've only taken it for 5 days and really do feel amazing. I will say I've been so tired and just worn out dragging and had a UTI that took alot out of me. These don't make me feel like I've had a energy drink which I don't like or extra coffee ..No fast beating heart. Just more relaxed and feel awake .I take it in the morning and let it melt under my tongue. The taste is fine. it makes me feel great mainly all day I would say around 8 hours at least. So thankful to find these. Please don't change them.

These are a game changer! I hate taking vitamins, even knowing how much they keep us healthy. These are so easy and taste great. But the really profound thing about these is how much of a difference they made on my mood. I subscribed to these because I love subscribe and save, however I skip items every now and then if I don’t think I need more yet. I made the mistake of running out of these for about a week. Holy Batman, I noticed a difference the next day. I was grumpy, irritable, etc... not fun to be around. I thought maybe it was a bad day and the next day started feeling tired and just gloomy. Realized I hadn’t been taking these after a few days and made sure I bumped my next order up so I could see if there was any correlation between my mood and these little guys. Sure enough a few days after I got my order, I felt more energized and less irritable. I don’t think it’s placebo either because my family also noticed and I didn’t tell them about these. I never realized how big of a difference vitamin B can make but I’m not going without these babies again! These also have biotin too which probably explains why my hairdresser was commenting on how fast my hair was growing (it’s usually very very slow) ... overall I can’t say enough great things about these.

I'm going through withdrawals from taking 6 months of escitalopran oxalate. I was on a 20mg/day dose, to treat severe anxiety and depression. The withdrawal effects have been for me heavy dizziness, weakness, irritability, mild body aches, and some focus/memory issues. I didn't want to stop taking the medication abruptly but it wasn't my choice, I'm supposed to get my refill next month (in June). I almost immediately bought this supplement, along with another, (natural herbs, helping to balance the brain chemicals). With my lifelong anxiety and depression history, let's just say I am very happy with this supplement. I like the fact it tastes good, first of all, it surprisingly helped my focus, my memory, I feel a little happier and not as anxious. Not miraculous but I like that it was affordable, didn't cause undesirable side effects, and MOST OF ALL, helped balance the chemicals in my brain (along with that other natural supplement I've been taking). I'm taking one of them in the morning and the other in the afternoon. Significant results that have been worth every penny. Considering not getting back to my other medication. I get about the same results with those 2 supplements now anyway (!!!) minus the physical dependence and tied withdrawals! Wanting to keep on using this for now, do some exercise and just... Try to find more natural ways to deal with my anxiety and depression; and in the meantime, will keep on using this.
