Jarrow Formulas Methyl B12 1,000 mcg Lozenges, 100 ct

Have bought 1000mcg dose twice.Tast great , took about an hour to take effect but last a full 12-18 hours and very useful esp during long trips and recovery.I notice the price hiked from aed 50 to Aed 70 within months.

I can feel the change in my concentration now , I use to feel foggy , it is very useful for daily use

Just an average project because, we were expecting to have energy boost at least early in the morning, but may be the deficiency is high, so may be we will have to keep having it one more time. Then may be it will start giving results

The expiry date is messy look like erased deliberately, not buying again

Not sure if this product is as good as the Solgar brand I was using. Doesn't seem to have the same outcomes.

These are 1000 mcg pills. These are Lozenges which means that they can be chewed or dissolved in the mouth. I felt they are little too big for me to keep under the tongue, so I keep it in the mouth and it gets dissolved just fine. These have a lemon flavour, which is sweet and not bitter. I did not feel any after-effects or discomfort from the tablets.VITAMIN B12 DEFICIENCYVitamin B12 is important for functioning of brain and nervous system. So the body doesn't have to covert this form of vitamin B12 and can be absorbed easily.
