These are exactly as described. Not cheaply made at all. Meets my desire to have my spices off the counter and on the refrigerator. I use these to hold spices and herbs that come in plastic jars. For my smaller Pensey glass jars, I glued round magnets on the jar lids and put them on the frig also.

Very handy, well made jars. Have already ordered one more set. Perfect for clearing up space in my spice rack and exactly what I was looking for.

Now this could be an answer to a prayer. I love to cook but I don’t have a lot of room in the kitchen. Counter space is very limited. When I go to cook, there isn’t any room for a spice rack. So, as I cook, I have to break away and go through my cabinet to find the spices I want. It is just plain frustrating.When I first saw the jars I thought, “That might be the answer to my problem.”I order the jars and waited on the delivery. Finally, they arrived and with a happy heart, I went to open my just delivered package.When I first open the box a sunny yellow lid greeted me. As I picked up the jars I felt the weight of the jars and attached magnet, they were heavy. I thought they would be too heavy to stay on the refrigerator.I then opened the lid on the jar. (Snap lid) They have 5 pretty nice size holes in the top. For some of my finer seasonings, the holes would be too big. But I did have some bigger seasonings/spices that would fit in the jars just fine.After washing and drying the jars, I set out to find the seasonings that would find a new home in the jars. I only chose three jars. (I was worried the weight of the jars, magnet and spices would be too heavy for the side of the refrigerator.)Oregano, Parsley, and Garlic filled them nicely. I placed them on the side of the fridge. They attached perfectly and were staying in place. Now all I had to do is make sure they didn’t slide down.I am happy to report they didn’t move. Eureka! I then took the jars and placed them on the back of my extended top range. (Mine is metal.) I thought how perfect it would be to have the jars placed there while I cooked. Again, they held in place.I now could have 6 seasonings at my fingertips while cooking. I was/am a happy camper!The only thing I didn’t like was the size of the holes in the top. I wish some of them had been smaller for finer seasonings.As for the color, weight, size and reliability of the jars staying in place, I couldn’t ask for a better solution to my problem.I even liked the paper that greeted me when I opened the box. It was a paper thanking me for my order. It also gave a few suggestions on what you could put in the jars beside seasonings.Some of their suggestions were crafts and hardware. I thought they would make a great holder for nails, bolts, and nuts. The jars could hold anything that is easily dropped or misplaced in a shop/garage.It also makes me feel good knowing that I purchased a jar that was designed and assembled in America. (Got to love Made in America!)The only improvement I would suggest… is a selection of lids that had finer holes. Would it be awesome if they could have “grinder lids”? (I can dream… can’t I?)I see me purchasing extra jars for friends and family. I expected these to be plastic, or at best, a very hard (glass-like) plastic, but they appear to be glass! Very sturdy and thick, though. They are about the same size as your average spice jar. The lids are hard plastic, and yellow. They flip open and reveal the holes for pouring (or sprinkling.) There are large (enough) magnets attached very well to the back. They work great! There are six in the set, and they are packed very well, in a sturdy cardboard box with dividers between each jar. They are perfect for what I needed! I'm very happy to put these to use! Stick them to your fridge or anywhere else metal/magnetic. Great for utilizing wall space (or other vertical space) for spice storage so it doesn't take up valuable counter/shelf/cabinet space (especially in my tiny kitchen!) I was skeptical when I ordered, but now I'm glad I did! I already got some cute chalkboard labels for them, and plan on getting another set soon! I highly recommend! I love these so much. The idea is just brilliant, especially if you have limited cupboard space like myself. I printed labels and attached them for obvious reasons. The magnet is very strong. They do not have any issue staying attached to a vertical service when filled with dense seasoning, like salt for example. The tops are a bit flimsy, so I'm not sure if they'll last for years but I will probably be able to find other, similar lids that fit.
