These gummies taste very good and is an enjoyable way to consume nutrients. I cannot comment on how effective they were but would be willing to try them again. If you are regular witht hem, they wont dry out and become hard, dont just buy them and forget about them. I was able to consume them within a regular frame of mind and dont have any complaints.

These taste really good! Be aware they are sweet like candy. I had previously taken the capsules but found it so much easier to chew a gummy. There is pretty much no smell to turn you off before you take it. After taking them for over a month, I believe that they have curbed my hair fall out, so I will purchase them again. Taking two a day, I find them a little costly.

My hairdresser suggested I take these to help with my thinning hair. I see a lot less shedding.

I don’t know if this vitamin works on my hair yet, but the gummies taste good. Unlike the vitamin pill type by the same company. The vitamin pill is one of the worst tasting vitamins I take. So, I will persist in taking these.
