Badland 2500ZXR on Kawi Prairie 360 - trickier install since this winch has the solenoid and remote receiver in a box up front, close to the winch (vice accessible/under the seat somewhere) - so knew going in I'd have to cut connectors and confirm lead polarity, no big deal. Cut, tested leads (winch in/out), joined existing connectors and crimped some flat push connector on ends - no mods to the original control solenoid; drilled out hole in control box for wire and sealed it up w/ liquid electrical tape. Works perfectly and retained both original wireless remote and the temp hand control (which I don't use, thus the switch). There's a few helpful vids on YT that'll get you through it. So for the Badland and this switch: Yellow>Yellow; Green>White and Red>Red from battery would be a good place to start - but you should obviously check function before you close it all up. I try not to leave the ATV out in the rain so can't comment on its waterproof-ness, and although I was tempted to try some more creative approach to mounting the switch I ended up just using the provided clamp and clamped it to the handlebar - solid and has been working fine, and frequently, for over two years now.

Worked great. Ended up modding the bracket a bit to fit on my Grizzly 450 handle bar. Haven’t had any issues yet!I spliced this into a harbor freight winch and watched the YouTube video on how to do that. Super easy if you have some mechanical/electrical ability.

This switch works, was wired backwards for the solenoid I installed. It’s OK, had to cut a couple feet off the wiring anyways.It was easy to install and works as advertised.I can’t tell you about the quality as I just installed it. It is a plastic switch that protrudes upward on a ATV handlebar. I hope it doesn’t break.Looses 2 stars for perceived durability.

I bought this to use on a UTV winch. It is too lightweight for that. Product came poorly packaged, not all parts shown in photos were present in the plastic bag.
