How does this compare to the Hohner 32B Piano-Style Melodica? (both tonally and to the touch...)?

I have two of the Hohner 32Bs (one for home, one for friend's house). Both needed some tuning, a frustrating process, but worth it. The D'Luca needed the most tuning. It has a somewhat more piercing tone, if that's what you like, and more uneven touch response across the keyboard.

Are the keys the same size as a piano?

No -- I've never seen a melodica with keys the same size as a piano!

Hi, does this company have a book that can aid in teaching someone how to play the Melodica?

I don't think so. I have just been using youtube videos.Once you find out how to play, you can easily learn songs just by looking up how to play them on the piano
