Does this tripod have fixed height positions? How many?

It has several height positions, as it concertinas up and down. At its tallest, it is probably about 5ft, and it's lowest 1ft, but I have used it fully extended on a table or chair and then angled the camera downwards; it is a rather versatile item - very pleased with it.
