I was looking for a book like this for a while in English. It gives a good understanding of the different topics and differences in Fiqh for someone trying to understand the topics in simple language.

This is the best intro to usul al-fiqh in English that I've seen. It's an excellent blend of conciceness and depth. It's not wordy, it lists out Arabic terms which are vital, and it describes many things that every Muslim should know without getting too deep or being too shallow. Great work. I hope the sheikh publishes an intro to aqeeda at some point!

Usul al-Fiqh is no easy subject, and breaking it down to a digestible way is no simple task. May Allah ﷻ bless this author; he’s made the lives of many students of knowledge easier!
