I really enjoy snacking on these roasted edamame beans. They’re light on calories yet full of flavor, with a satisfying crunch and just the right amount of saltiness. The three easy to open packs make them convenient to grab and go, and each pack is a decent size, though I do wish they were a bit larger. They come in several flavors, but the Sea Salt variety is definitely my favorite. Highly recommended.

These are delicious and a perfect protein packed snack for anyone! I myself have several autoimmune diseases including Rheumatoid arthritis, Lupus and Hashimotos. I have had them for 16 years and It is very necessary I have a clean, "Autoimmune protocol" diet. These are perfect for that diet, and they actually taste geat! I actually bought some to give to friends as a stocking stuffer bec they all love them now too! I got this pack on sale and that helped me tremendously because I am now unable to work and it has been very difficult to maintain a healthy diet with my very lean, fixed income. Everything is going up in price but my SSDI check is not, even my Medicare costs are going up! So I also commend this company for NOT price gouging people, and I hope and pray they keep it that way! Thank you for this healthy, tasty, protein packed snack!! I will definitely be buying more!

These roasted edamame beans are really crunchy! It's great when you're craving something crunchy without too much of a distracting taste. I love that the bag is resealable, it keeps them fresher than the single use packs. They don't have a particularly strong taste of anything to them, it's not bad but it did catch me off guard a bit. I think I would prefer a different flavor than the sea salt, could use more of a salty taste to it.
