My husband always blasts on our heat (hello...$$$$!!??!) and ultimately forgets to turn the thermostat down for his morning constitutional 💩 due to being a huge baby about a 'cold toilet seat'. This was an early Christmas gift to him (no judgements please!!) for me, him, and our wallets-and it has paid for itself already!! I bought another for our upstairs toilet and it will be arriving today! I've not attempted to wash it yet and honestly, I might just hand wash it even though that is going to likely be a bit disgusting and unsanitary. It does seem a bit too thin to be okay to survive a wash cycle in a bug machine 😔 Other than that, it seems stable enough and the fit was essentially perfect (I'll admit, I was nervous due to other reviews and their not fitting). Keeps my bum warm which was the main point-as for cushion, theres not much but I didn't buy it for that purpose. The color is neutral enough for our bathroom too :) All in all 5 stars!!

Just a note - I Hate sitting down on a cold toilet seat in the winter, or early spring, or late fall. Or a cold night in the summer! So, I ordered this fluffy carpet looking thing that straps on my commode seat. It works well. And it’s easy to clip off and wash. I take it off when company comes because I don’t want their cooties on my butt. So Yes I recommend it.

This was a very soft and nice material. Installation was easy. I am not sure why they do not make seat covers like they used to that allow the seat to sit down all the way anymore. That would be my only complaint. The fasteners keep the seat from sitting flat on the bowl. Otherwise no complaints :)

Let's get into it. I'll be straight up. I always thought of things like this "old people stuff". I'd think, "How long are you sitting on a toilet that you need to make it more comfortable?" Boy, was I wrong. I got this last month (December) because it was so cold that it was aggravating just hiking up my gown to go to the bathroom. I'd have to do that clench we all do to prepare ourselves for the shock of the cold. I gave in and got one. Man!!! I am so glad I did. This has made all the difference in the world. You know that toilet paper commericia with that slogan "enjoy the go"? THAT should be the slogan for THIS. I truly enjoy the go now. And a few comments regarding other reviews. Those with concerns about cleanliness need to stop. I mean, I am very clean but I don't know one single person who wipes the seat after every single use. What's the difference? Yes, it's cloth, but the only time I'd be concerned is after maybe a "blowout" where you have some liquid poo blow all around the bowl. Then, yeah, pull it off and throw it in the wash. But other than that, I find a weekly wash (warm or cold because it does lose a bit of shape, I quickly learned after first wash) is just fine. I hang mine to dry. Also, this is for my behind only. When I have company, it comes off. It's not used by anyone else besides me. I can't see using this throughout the year, but for the winter, this is the only way to go. So glad I gave in and "invested" in this delightful little product.

This seat covet has no cushion but it does keep seat warm.

Easy to install. Fantastic if you have a cool seat in the bathroom. Fit perfectly and holds on as one would expect. Good value purchase.

It is a warmer, not a cushion. The material is soft. I thought it was a cushion, so it was my fault. Very well made. I just glued a cushion to the back of it and that made a big difference.

The reason I purchased this is because my toilet sits next to an uninsulated outside wall and hitting that cold seat is the worst this works for me goes on super easy does what it says washes great it’s been washed lots it’s holding up for me. Lol at least once a week I say “ I’m so happy I bought this thing “ Probably would be gross if there are boys or men using it .
