Taste is good. Easy to digest

Who knows if this stuff is actually doing any good so I’m not reviewing its overall effectiveness as a supplement.Two things to mention:1) The taste isn’t bad at all. It’s slightly medicinal but definitely has the cherry sweet going on as well.2) The dropper included in the cap of the product is terrible, and exclusively because the measurement mark is printed on the glass in light, cherry colored writing. Guess what else is also cherry colored? Now guess what is completely hidden when the dropper is filled with product? Yup, the measurement.The writing on the dropper is light to begin with so completely disappears with the liquid inside it. The writing is also very hard to see in the light, even without the liquid inside.So the number one improvement for this product is to make the measurement labeling on the dropper in black instead of red.

I've ordered this B12 sublingual for years now and it's the best that's out there! I have an absorption issue with B12 and used to be on injections, but even though I would do them at home I was convinced I could find something that wouldn't require the shots, which are wasteful with the syringes. I tried a few pills, but nothing was working to keep the levels up. I found this and tested after 6 months with no other other changes and levels were perfect! At my next annual 6 months later my B12 levels were actually high for the first time ever so I switched to taking these 2-3x/wk rather than every morning. I don't get a boost energy-wise from B12, but it works for the levels and that's what matters! Highly recommend!

After being diagnosed with a fairly acute list of vitamin deficiencies, I was instructed to start and maintain a strict supplement regimen. I was somewhat iffy about it and how it would impact my overall mood, as well as side effects as I seem to be sensitive to all medications; however, these supplements have been a great addition to my daily regimen and have dramatically boosted my stamina, energy, and overall awareness throughout the day. I don’t have a “cloudy” and overwhelmed feeling hit me mid-day like I used to, and I don’t have any type of “crash” like I do with some supplements. Definitely keeping up the regimen! The only thing I don’t like about the design of the dropper is that you can’t get one full dose (a full dropper) in one squeeze. No matter how I rotate the bottle or hold the dropper, I can only get half a dose at a time. This means I have to hold half a dose under my tongue for 20 seconds, and then another half dose for 20 seconds. Not a huge deal, but I’m hoping my dropper was just defective. Looking forward to trying a second bottle.
