Q: Is this chainsaw also compatible with the 80V 4.0Ah battery?

Yes, the 4Ah battery will be able to be used with the chainsaw.

Q: Can i ise the larger 80v battery from my lawnmower in this or will ot only take the smaller battery?

It will take the larger battery too. Just makes it heavier.

Here are a few troubleshooting suggestions to follow: 1) When the battery is inserted, the light should begin flashing green to indicate the battery is charging. If this light is not igniting or is flashing red, this may indicate an issue with the charger connection. If the light simply goes solid red, try removing the battery and unplugging the charger for about 10 minutes and place them both indoors in a room temperature setting, as this might indicate the battery is at the incorrect temperature to be charged. 2) Ensure that the battery has been fully inserted into the charger. Sometimes this requires a firm push into place to make sure that it has been properly seated. 3) Try resetting the charger. To do this, simply unplug it for approximately 10 minutes and then plug it back in and try reinserting the battery. If the charger has been plugged in for extended periods of time, this can sometimes cause the charger to malfunction. If issues persist, please contact customer care at 1-888-909-6757.
