Yes the bag says it is...the look of the bag has changed. .these used to say all natural and they don't anymore which is concerning but my pups still love them

Are these gluten free?

not sure but dogs don't have " gluten " allergies. This product is horrible either way and is lousy " teething " ring as my puppy chewed off chunks and swallowed whole, and came out whole too. HORRIBLE product.
