Anyone have the ingredient disclosure list?

All ingredients are Ume Plum, Shiso Herb, Salt, Reduced Starch Syrup, Fermented seasonings, Fermented Fish Sauce, Vinegar, Kombu Seaweed Extract, Enzymatically Degraded Protein, (Partially Including Soybean) The ume plum is 100% the top grade(Grade A) of the premier brand umeboshi "Kishu Nanko-ume".

Do these need to be refrigerated once opened?

Umeboshi shouldn't need to be refrigerated even if it doesn't have preservatives. My parents used to make them, just salt and Ume plums, and they lasted years without being in the fridge. The salt is the preservative. But if this one doesn't have much salt, maybe it needs to be fridged. I've always had home-made umeboshi without preservatives, and never even bothered to put them in the fridge. They last decades.
