I get it today. it charged more than four hours but the red light is still flashing. how can i know they are fully charged? i need to return?

I run two of these on the front of my Electric Haibike. They are amazing at night even in pitch black conditions. The charge does take 4 - 8 hours to do using a USB . They have from new. But I charge them in the office. I can do at least 50 miles on them before needing a recharge. Best lights i have owned.

Does this have a low battery indicator?

Yes. It turns red when it is running low.

So, is it really 2400 lumens? Many claims are made by sellers and if this really is 2400, amazing

How long is the mounting bracket for the front and back?

Plastic is very thick and sturdy and three inches. Mounting bracket on light is metal so no more cellotape required when the usual plastic ones break!!! Light brightness is excellent. Back light's one is a two inch bendy rubber clip. Really good product. You do get what you pay for, here 😁😁👍
