Comfortable and feels well-made. Finish to the fabric is neither hot nor cold feeling and weight distribution feels even. I have mine on top of the duvet as an extra layer and it doesn't feel too much, nor does it slip at all. Definitely feel like I'm sleeping better since I started using this. Note re the weight: I think the weight quoted must be per square metre, because I bought the 6.8kg one and when it's all folded up it feels more like ~20kg in total weight.

Great value for money (especially if you can snatch it up during a sale like I did!) The 9kg blanket is heavier than you’d anticipate, especially is 9kg is over 10% of your body weight (the ballpark figure of what you should go for in a weighted blanket). The blanket is ready to use out of packaging, but I put a cotton duvet cover on it for comfort. I was worried about being hot under it but that is certainly not the case for me. It’s heavy but breathable. I sleep with the blanket on top of my thin duvet, and the only reason why I’m warmer than normal, is because the weighted blanket tucks the duvet around you with its weight. Particularly helpful if you move a lot and untuck your duvet a lot, getting cold air in. None of that has happened since I got it! It looks great and the stitching quality is nice, super soft even without an extra cover.

This was a present, specifically for a women in peri-menopause. It has gone down really well, improving sleep length and quality, whilst reducing anxiety. It is very heavy and good quality.

I purchased the Silentnight Weighted Blanket for my child who struggles with anxiety and sleep issues, and while I think it's a great product, unfortunately, it didn't resolve their sleep issues. The blanket is well-made and has a soft, quilted texture that feels comfortable to the touch. The weight of the blanket is evenly distributed and provides a calming and relaxing sensation when wrapped around the body. However, despite using the blanket regularly, my child's sleep issues persisted. That being said, I do think that the blanket has potential to help others who struggle with anxiety and sleep issues. It's a well-designed and high-quality product, and I appreciate that it comes in a range of weights and sizes to suit different needs. Overall, while it didn't work for my child, I would still recommend the Silentnight Weighted Blanket to others who are looking for a natural way to relieve anxiety and promote relaxation.

Fabulous. Well made and a fantastic weight. A godsend in helping you to self regulate or in moments of stress. I had no idea what weight to buy but followed the rule of thumb that is should be around 10% of your body weight. Though slightly more than that I’d say it’s perfect.

Love this it's really heavy but helps with my fibromyalgia so at least I get some sleep it's warm .

One of my favourite blankets! It's not fluffy, it's not super-warm, it's not fancy, but I can easily relax and sleep underneath it, specially after stressful day! I've shared it with my friends and they wanted to get it as well! 9kg might be too heavy for some, but as a 95kg guy, it's perfect for me! It's survived 4.5 years with me so far and the quality is still high - the stitching is going strong and no glass beads that are inside were lost! If you want to get someone a great gift - this is it! High recommendation!

From the 1st night I've used this the effect is instant. Easier to fall asleep and stay alseep. I used to wake up in the night at least 3-4 time which has reduced and due to the weight on the body it makes me fall asleep easily. Use with a duvet cover if needed but the material of the blanket is very soft and you don't need the duvet cover at all in my opinion.

So for starters i am a person who gets cold so easily throughout the night and then struggle to go back to sleep - this blanket solved multiple problems: 1. You know when you turn or adjust your sleeping position and then the cold air seeps in? You can forget about that because this weighted blanket will not do that to you. 2. I have anxiety and i am also an overthinker, so before sleep even if i set the mood i tend to find myself staying up for 1 extra hour - this blanket felt like a lovely hug that kept me feeling safe and sound, the weight is spread nicely so it felt consistent and very comfortable. 3. The beads did not make any sound they will not bother you! Btw i got the 6.8kgs and i am thankful i did~!

Deep sleep, recommend only at bed time. I used it to just chill on the sofa. Woke up 3 hrs later. Very happy customer!

This is perfect for anyone who needs extra support during sleep. It’s perfectly heavy. Can only wash at the laundry, too heavy to wash at home.
