I have added pebeo resist to my scarf. How do I "fix" the colors and how do I get pebeo out of scarf?

Has the coating cured you may want to try mixing 50:50 water and isopropyl alcohol into a spray bottle place the exposed side of the scarf facedown on an old white rag (no red dye) spraying the IPA and water from the back of the scarf hoping to force the coating to transfer from the scarf to the white rag.
