Just purchased this a few days ago and it came same day (within a few hours ) my back was hurting me so bad from a long week sitting hunched over my desk . I ordered this and it legit worked out all my back soreness , I used it on my neck/shoulders and head/scalp also , back of my knees! Honestly I felt like the most relaxed noodle after this, and the heat is a noticeable bonus that will come in handy during that time of the month . I would 100% recommend just be careful around the back area if you are a smaller person like me since it is very powerful, it really gets in there !

This massager actually delivers. The kneading feels deep and effective, just like it promises. I had no issues with the rollers getting stuck, even when applying pressure. It works great on the neck, back, and shoulders. Solid build, good heat, and dependable performance. Highly recommend.

This product works very nicely, however, I must warn you not to lean against it or use it too long in any one area or you may end up with more pain than you started with and possible bruising on your skin!It is not strictly for your neck. You can move it around to your back, legs, arms, wherever you have tight or sore muscles and need a little relief.It is very easy to use, the button goes one way to massage only, then off, then the other way for massage and heat. You cannot adjust the levels of speed, heat, or tension.I don't recall it being very noisy, I use it while watching television.

Tried one at my sister’s house and then bought one for myself and as a gift. It’s powerful - I think it’s best for tight lower back. Wish it were slightly narrower to better match the width of smaller people. Suspect it was designed for “the 6 foot man” like most things are. But still love it. Appreciate you can turn heat off and the manual control of rotation. Great value at under $30 (as of writing)

This is my second one. The first, which is identical, lasted about 1-1/2 years of use at about 3-4 days a week. For this price range massager, I consider that a huge win. It was time to order a new one hoping it was still the same quality and so far, everything checks out. What separates this model over many others is the way you control the massager. It has an in-line toggle on/off switch which allows you to make it go clockwise or counter clockwise with heat, thats it. No 15 minute timer that automatically shuts off the massager or useless features. You control it's direction and amount of time you want a massage. That is all you need. Most of these pillow massages have built in timers and the massager nodes auto switch directions ever minute or two. That may seem convenient but if you're working on a knot, and just want to let the massager to get it done, you're out of luck. The simple controls on this model makes it my go to. And it's strong and durable to boot. Totally recommend this one!

Very effective massage device however the material on the device can cause skin irritation over time. I had to wrap mine in silk to avoid the skin irritation or cover the massage area

Let me just tell you… this product is worth its weight in gold!!! I had very few expectations for this product, but was extremely pleasantly surprised when I actually tried it. After using it for a few days, it had worked out so many knots in my upper back and I just can’t believe how well it worked and keeps on working! I also bought a different massage tool at the same time which was basically useless, and only highlighted how amazing this product really is! I am so happy that I bought it that I ended up buying two more right afterwards just because I want to make sure that I have some other ones on hand for the future. Thank you for making such an amazing product!

I’ve been having so much back pain due to the type of mattress I’m currently sleeping on, so yesterday I decided to buy this. I woke up and my back was inflamed!! Luckily this order got delivered super early, so I grabbed it immediately, unboxed it, and put it to work. It REALLY helped the pain go away. I hope it lasts me a long time but right now I would definitely recommend it. The heating is fine and it kneads pretty deep, depends on how you position it. Great investment for the price. I feel so much better!!
