Will the self leveling dicor lap sealant work on an alluminum sun porch roof?

Yes! My RV roof is aluminum.. make sure you clean the area and make sure you rinse the area with clean water so that there is no Residue from whatever cleaner you use to clean the aluminum. Then simply apply Dicor. I did my RV I’ve had three rain falls and it is perfectly sealed. Also please note that it will take 30 to 40 days before it hardens like a rock. Until then it will be waterproof but it will be soft so don’t think that that’s abnormal. It’s totally normal for it to take up to 30 to 40 days before it completely hardens.

Fine print says: "may not be suitable for some tpo roofs" how do i know which? no where in description. i see this on tube after i purchase.

I did a lot of research to find the correct sealant for my RV roof. As I understand it there are two types of TPO roof material, one is the same color on both sides and the other has "felt" on the back side. According to the Dicor website the type with "felt" can use this type of sealant the other requires Dicor Ultra Sealant.

how long does it take to cure before I put on a liquid epdm rubber roof?

Put the EPDM roof on first, let it cure/dry. Then use Dicor Lap Sealant to seal off edges and corners and vent connections.

is dicor self leveling lap sealant good for sealing windows and sliding doors?

Only on a horizontal surface, but dicor makes a sealant that is t self leveling that would work.
