This BCAA is probably the best I have tried so far! The taste is clean and yummy and doesn’t have any weird after taste. I’ve also tried the Fruit Punch which is equally as tasty. I started taking the Lean BCAA in March and have been on a caloric deficit and doing strength training 3-5 days per week since then. These BCAA’s have definitely helped protect my muscle growth (especially since it’s hard earned!) and I definitely don’t feel as much DOM’s since taking it. I also feel like it has helped reve up my metabolism and assisted me in dropping a few pounds while gaining some lean muscle. I drink the lean BCAA daily and will absolutely continue to do so! I look forward to drinking it every day and it definitely helps make my water tasty while keeping me hydrated during my workouts. I 100% recommend this BCAA!!

Overall, this recovery drink helps aid in my healing throughout the week. I usually do 1,000 burpees a week and with this BCAA, my body heals a lot faster and I don’t feel as much aches. I literally recover faster. I’ve been taking this for months and my output is higher during my workouts. My endurance is better and I am able to power through each workout. This is by far the best BCAA I’ve ever tasted. It’s quite tasty. It’s like a nice treat after a workout. Instead of needing something sweet like dessert. I look forward to drinking this. The blue raspberry and fruit punch are my favorite. Awesome product. You got a customer in me for life.

I absolutely love Lean BCAA Blue Raz. I find that the product mixes well and has just right amount of sweetness. I’ve taken it before, during and after workouts. I have found that it is satisfying to drink and that it decreases appetite. When I take it during a workout I take it midway through the workout, and it gives me that extra “boost” without the jitters. Prior to taking Lean BCAA I noticed it would take me several days to recover after lifting heavy. Since I’ve been taking Evolution’s Lean BCAA’s my recover time has improved. I’m not afraid to lift hard when I know I have this product in my system! Another bonus is that the more lean muscle the less fat I have!
