This stuff is really good, I'm glad to see an affordable supplement that has both zinc and boron in it. If you didn't know, boron is essential for zinc absorption to even happen, and most supplements have none. warning: if you are sensitive to zinc supplements, you want to read this!: be careful as these pack a punch. I discovered that if you empty half into another gel cap, fill the rest with a few drops of water and put the cap on, shake it up and chase with plenty of water before it melts. That way, a concentrated portion of zinc isn't absorbed at once, no longer triggering the acute vomiting response! Game changer

I take during the Florida summers when I drink 1+ gal of water per day
