Can this be used with the nuface trinity microcurent device?

Yes. I use it with the NUFACE Mini.

How long is the time between the purchase date and expiration date? I'd only use it once a day.

I don't think it has an expiration date. It is not taken internally and all it does is to provide a good contact between the Ultrasound device and the skin. I have had mine for several years, use it as needed, not regularly and it continues to perform its function.
