Design House Concord 36 Inch Bathroom Vanity, Ready to Assemble, Solid Wood, White, 587022

I purchased the same vanity from Lowes. I never got to see the vanity before I purchased it as Lowes did not stock the item. The vanity cost almost $100 more than the one from Amazon. The box shipped by UPS was damaged and so was the contents. The front had a chip five inch splinter taken out it and the side panel was warped. The vanity although from the same manufacturer the one purchased from Amazon was well packed and arrived with no damage, even though the box arrived with a hole in it.I have read some of the one star ratings claiming that the vanity was flimsy. The trick to assembly of a sturdy vanity is to apply wood glue the parts before screwing them together. In fact all of our furniture that we had to assemble ourselves were glued before nailing or screwing them together.

Horrible experience. No assembly instructions. Then sent wrong instructions, but found out there were missing parts. Then Design House refused to respond about getting the parts for weeks only to inform me that they’re not available!!!!!!!! My bathroom project is now a month behind because of their incompetence!!!! Don’t buy from them

The quality of this product is ok. But not great. The tightening cam screws are of poor quality and do not have an over center 'click' as good quality ones do. The paint is ok as well. Also the instructions were misprinted on one set of screws. Overall this cabinet is not bad and works in a pinch.

The only vanity made with real wood, no pressboard, for the price. Fairly easy to assemble. Recommend using a little quick drying ( 10 seconds) glue as you go along. Very well packaged with lots of foam sheets .Arrived undamaged.

The item looked great however my contractor and I measured 6 different times and measured 72. However the vanity was slightly over the 72 was actually a possible 73. Other than not able to use was a nice vanity. Didn't take long to assemble took about 3 hrs

I would never buy furniture again from Amazon. This cabinet is so cheap. We had to get Support to put it together. I wish I’d never bought it. It is garbage.

Product is a value for the money. It arrived looking like the packaging had gone 10 rounds with Mike Tyson and was missing a left door. I was unable to find a phone # for Design House where I could speak with a human being. When I e-mailed them, they got back within 36 hours, and I was told they would "see if they could find a left door." After fiddling around over five days I contacted Amazon and they sent me another vanity and told me to take the left door out, reseal the packaging and they would pick it up at no charge. Kudos to Amazon and zero for Design House.

This is a basic inexpensive vanity which we ordered for a rental property. Looks nice enough. Want to give kudos to manufacturer (Design House). When the vanity arrived one of the doors was severely damaged (during shipping). Amazon wanted to replace the entire vanity (after we sent the original back). I contacted Design House and they sent a replacement door free of charge.
