I bought this oven as a replacement from my previous countertop oven. I know it's odd to say, but I bought it for grilling more than anything else. There was a slight unpleasant odor the first time I used it, but I expected that, and after the oils burned off, it was fine. I was very hesitant about this little oven because I loved the one I had before so much but could no longer find it. It is safe to say I have grown to absolutely love this one as well! We love to grill steaks, and this does the job beautifully. I have added a pic of a steak I cooked in this oven. They come out so juicy and delicious! I have come to use it much more than my kitchen oven because it's just easier! All of the presets are amazing and take a lot of guess work out of what I am doing. The light is very bright and makes everything easy to see, making it almost impossible to burn or overcook what you're cooking. Calling all Sour-dough Bakers! - I am a sour-dough baker, I make all of our bread. I make a brioche that proofs very slowly. One day I decided (I had actually forgotten about this function) to put two loaves (yes! it has the capacity to hold two loaves of bread at a time!!) in on the proofing function. It works perfectly!!! Bread rose in half the time making it such a time saver! Another big thing with sour-dough bakers is the absolute fear of losing your starter. Let me tell you, the dehydrator is AMAZING. I put my sour-dough starter in on the provided baking sheet lined with parchment paper and forget it! I have dehydrated starter for days. FYI - Dehydrated starter ships very easily and makes a GREAT gift. Also, toasting artisan bread and melting shredded cheese on it for a sandwich or just cheese toast is so easy with this, and is something I eat DAILY. I also have very arthritic hands, making it difficult to lift hot, heavy pans out of my big oven. With the oven being at a higher, counter-top level makes it so much easier on me and I am not afraid I am going to drop hot pans/food and make a huge mess or burn myself. I am very proud I bought this little oven. It covers all of my needs perfectly! It was very much worth the money spent!

Large capacity and lots of settings! Easy to clean and comes with several accessories like the griddle and grill. Both clean up with just soap and a paper towel no scrubbing required.

I bought this Nuwave Bravo oven to basically replace my large oven as the family has down sized. I have used it quite a bit now and am finally over the learning curve (I think!) The bake, broil, toast, grill and roast features work fine and I am just beginning to explore the air fry possibilities but what I have prepared that way so far has been good. One of the hardest learning curves was remembering that after the initial preheat phase you have to push the knob in again or it will shut off after 5 minutes, unlike a traditional oven which just stays on. Other reviewers have pointed out a burn issue with the way the oven rack is automatically pulled out slightly by opening the door (if on the third height adjustment) and that's the only thing I truly dislike about this Nuwave Bravo. Being satisfied that I was going to keep it anyway, I asked my husband to cut off the two hooks on the door so that it doesn't grab the rack anymore when you close it. Problem solved. However, you still have to be mindful if manually pulling out the tray slightly to check food progress as the rack still dips forward. The indented sides the racks slide into are wider than the rack, but I think that is to accommodate all the different accessories that go with this oven. The oven exterior does get extremely hot while in use so be sure to pull away from back of counter before getting started. The door handle heats about the same as a regular oven. Cleanup has been easy for cooking trays, racks and interior but I tend to wipe everything down after each use, so no splashes or crumbs are present to be reheated next time! All in all, were it not for the door hinges and rack dipping forward when removing I would have given this Nuwave Bravo a 5.

The product is extremely well made. I have numerous other Nuwave products and they are always well made and reliable. It is easy to use this oven if you watch the video a few times. The first use was to air fry some fries, came out perfect with a slight time adjustment. Making small changes in the cooking time or temperature is easy. Doing a steak with the temperature probe was simpler than with my Pro Plus and the results were just as good as the grill. Hamburgers on broil are awesome, onion rings with fries on the side are top notch. Baking with lowering the fan speed reduces the muffins moving to one side. Breaded chicken breasts cooked perfectly using the probe. Cheese sticks in 6 minutes on broil without issues. It is nice to be able to adjust rack heights to reduce the top from over cooking with Quiche and other products. The fan noise is as low or lower than my Pro Plus. It is nice to be able to use some of my cooking utensils that do not fit in the Pro Plus. It is awesome on keeping pizza warm or reheating without over drying the product. Nachos with the broil function are even better than the Pro Plus, just on a silicone baking sheet, cleanup a breeze without throwing away foil sheets. Only issue is racks want to drop food when pulled out, a small block of wood as a support solved that very fast. Breakfast sausage cooked in a baking pan with a rack is very easy and no mess. Toast does a beautiful job on burger and dog buns. Forget trying to get them in the toaster. Preheat takes a bit longer than my air fryer but the cooking area is much larger so I expected as much, still within reason. Nice to program food, then ask for preheat and have it move straight to the cook function, just put the food in when beeps notice. Easy to clean the stainless surfaces. A little tough to get burned meat juices off the meat rack even with a non stick spray. Let it soak then in the dish washer. The oven is far more versatile than my air fryer, using them as a pair makes cooking much easier, I can broil meat and air fry fries at the same time, or do fries during the sit time on larger meats like roasts.

The toaster temperature is set at 450 and unchangeable. The oven gets very hot too quickly. When I first turned it on it worked for a few minutes and then when off. Very disappointed.
