Only thing that works for my pain due to a concussion. This is my 10th bottle. For years this particular brand and application (orally) is the only thing that works on those days of pain at the impact site on head. I have suggested this to many and only two said it didn’t help. One friend with debilitating migraines said T-relief arnica is the only thing that offers relief. The tincture is hard to find in health food stores and cost more when you do find it. Get it here on amazon. If you like it, buy back ups. I hope it works for you.

This works well, but is not as well as a pain medication might do because it's not as long lasting pain relief ... only about max 3 hours for myself. Not sure if it goes by weight for the dosage?
