Love the gel seat. It is so comfortable as I have sciatica which is very painful. This is really good for bum cheeks and back. Very easy to install. My husband also loves his gel seat cover.

I get upper middle back pain from driving long distances. I just drove a Sprinter van 2800 miles across the USA sitting on this cushion and I gotta say it did a great job. The lower and 2 uppernmiddle back supports and the seat gel pads are very supportive and comfortable. I drove about 8-9 hours straight for 5 days in a row with no more than a 30 min break at most. Never once did I have a numb or sore butt feeling or discomfort with the seat cushion. The upper back cushions did tend to move around a bit but if you adjust it as you're sitting on it, for me pulling up the top part to meet my middle back better, it will stay in place as you sit on it. The attachments that go around the seat are pretty good but could use a little improvement in design to stay put somehow. My only complaint is that the seat cushion itself could stand to be about 2 inches longer, as in front to back length on the seat. The cushion tends to get a little bunched up in the sideways "V" of the back of the seat but you can adjust it by pulling it back out. I dont do reviews but I really wanted to give this product a good one. It's worth the cash for me.

Extremely well made, strudy and comfortable. I suffer from lower back pain and driving an off-road SUV doesn't help my back at all. This cushion however, has made ALL the difference in the world. I no longer cringe while driving and actually feel better once I exit my vehicle. I 100% recommend this to anyone suffering from back pain. It's well worth the money! Update: I've had this cushion in my car for 2 years and sadly, this cushion has one major issue. It's too small. The lumber support is fantastic however, the straps to hold it in place keep moving, so I have to keep adjusting it. It gathers where the back meets the seat cushion. This makes it too sort too extend under my thighs. It would be perfect if the seat was longer to accommodate the bunching up/gathering between the back and butt part. Changing my review to 2 stars.

Hi I like this item even though it meant to be used in a car or other scenerio I use it in my truck. Why 4 stars well the strap that goes over the top of the seat is NOT long enough for truck seats generally due to the fact that %100 of truck seats have intergrated headrests unlike car seats where the headrest can be removed and replaced at will. the solution is to make the top strap at least 12" longer to allow proper fitment other than that it,s great
