It is Good
I used it for a small room and it is working really good. It’s not excellent like an AC but it is adequate for its size and price. I recommend it.

Constant ticking sound
There is a timer system which is mechanical; the countdown makes a constant ticking sound even if you do not use its function. I had to open up the fan and disconnect the timer wire altogether to avoid it.

Best fan
Lightweight and powerful. Enough to shoo away the sandfly that would mercilessly attack my legs under the work table.

It's not silent, but it isn't too noisy either. Does the job and looks cute.
A little cute fan
