Q: Which package has the scrunched elastic band in the back?

Just wear the headband scrunched part in the back. One headband, smooth on one half of headband which then moves around to the scrunched area on other half of headband. The scrunched area is just where the two ends of fabric are joined together, so you decide which one shows up on top of your head and which ones goes in the back There are actually two circles joined together. I love mine for washing my face and putting on makeup, but also keeping my hair from my face when gardening.

Q: How do you get the knot? Because all of mine are without the knot

Hello, please flipped it around and make sure the seam that goes against your head is the raw seam...not the pretty one. If the pretty one is on the inside, you wont have the knot. The raw seam goes against your head with 2 pieces of fabric on each side, then you'll have the knot again. Hope it helps.
