Premium Basil Pesto, 6.3 oz. (4 pack)

I got this because I can find no basil in my food stores..If I do it 's a waste last as it wilts. I used to find Gourmet Garden basil in a tube which was great and lasted in the fridge. With this, the ingredients are good and simple...I ordered the Sistema 1 oz dressing pots(I bought 32 total) they are cheap and good...When your Basil pesto arrives just put in these nifty pots wrap and freeze...I got 26 pots of pesto and made the most amazing French potato and green bean salad I have ever made . Now my freezer is full of this and many meals to come...with only two persons eating the one oz size is perfect to season any meal...Very pleased with this..Expensive but you get what you pay for.....So happy to have this basil pesto.....

My kiddos are allergic to tree nuts (pine nuts) that are in most commercial pesto. Was excited to find this product and it did not disappoint. It was yummy!

I like the pesto, but I feel like a fool every time I buy it. The container is made to look much bigger than it is- the bottom is pushed up almost to the top which leaves a very shallow container. Even makes it awkward to put a spoon in it. The psychological trick of trying to make it look like you are getting much more than you really are backfires on me.

Awesome pesto! Tastes just like my moms straight from the garden. I have never purchased through Amazon for the product though. If you want pesto with no additives or extras this is the best around!
