And getting amped before the lifts. Yeah, I'm not super happy with where I tried to take this review either. Mainly because I'm not real sure it made it there. Anyway, that's the flavor. Has a bit of a bite to it. If you know what that flavor is that pre-workout drinks attempt to mask, that's it. Doesn't fully mask it. Not bad though, perhaps a little odd of a flavor but it's good.

Recon1 is typically my go to! Total war is great! Not too much jitter or overall intensity. A lot of of the time I’m able to do a half scoop and my outcome of workout is great. The flavor mixes great with water and for the price the size is unbeatable.

Great stuff, gives you that "itch" everyone talks about, so if you like that and/or jitters, get this. Definitely gets you in the zone for workouts, I could tell a noticeable difference in my thought process/mental state. (I used to take double scoop, maybe triple if I was doing leg day back when I was really into my "PR or ER" Ronnie Coleman lifting stage, which I will say worked, but be wary of the amount of caffeine you ingest for the sake of your health). Additionally, the post-workout crash was definitely there. I'm a huge berry/blue razz guy, so the flavor was great, although a tad sour. Mixes really easy with other stuff.

I have been taking total war for awhile now and it's the perfect amount of energy to get you through your workout. You will feel some jitter but they will just make you want to lift heavier. It mixes really well with water, and don't count on this for any pain relief. Great product for your workouts!

This provides a good pump during my workout. It is also a good stimulant wo giving headaches. I definitely feel it kicking in but don’t feel jittery . I recommend starting with a half scoop and building up to a full scoop. I prefer the orange flavor but all of them are ok. I would recommend

The taste and smell are unpleasant; it is super sweet, and in my personal case, it has no beneficial effect on my routine.

Works amazingly! Honestly 15 minutes after drinking it, I felt like I could lift a damn truck. Made my 2am workout a lot easier and I know I did a handful more reps with each lift

Ok I will say this stuff is incredibly effective and works quickly HOWEVER this is the worst tasting thing I’ve probably ever had. To me it tastes like actual poison, and it is very hard to drink. Other than the awful taste, it gives me quick energy and I can appreciate that.

The caffeine does its job and the crash isn’t noticeable at all for me. Does affect sleep more than most though if I have it less than 10 hours before bed.

There are two pink lemonade one the inside powder pink taste good but if the powder white taste average. I orderd 3 after trying the pink powder but the 3 came with white powder from the same seller so i recommend to go and buy it from store so you don’t get surprises
