actually a really nice frisbee and fun in the dark
As above, great product, absolute blast in the dark. Big issue though, it does not like the cold. While playing, dark night, white snow, it was cool to see the lights. Issue is, when caught, the light cover fell off. Luckily I was able to pick it up and put it back on. Seemed loose. Next night same thing happened and this time was not able to find the cover in six inches of snow. Looked everywhere with a flashlight, nothing. Next day looked again and no luck. These units do not like the cold and now I have a new frisbee with lights that is useless to us. Please replace accordingly and give some thought into a safety catch so this does not happen again please. Thank, Don

Battery life seems poor
My understanding was that you can turn this off/on by pressing on the battery compartments, and although this seems to work most of the time, it seems the disc drains the battery even when the LEDs are not lit up. We bought this disc as a gift, and when it arrived, the batteries were dead. A little annoying, but not the end of the world. I replaced the batteries with fresh batteries from a new pack, and the LEDs lit up, and we could turn them off and on as per the instructions. We wrapped the disc and awaited the birthday. 2 weeks later, when it was unwrapped, we found that the batteries were again dead. We replaced them again, and it looks like the batteries will need to be removed after use and replaced when you want to use the disc at night. Sliding the batteries out of the wired holder is not very easy, so this is a pain. Otherwise, it's a nice enough disc, and when working the LEDs light it up nicely.

Looks cool but batteries dead upon arrival
Was pumped when this item arrived to get it out of the box and see what it looked like lit up.Unfortunately, that excitement dissipated quickly when I realized the batteries were dead. Would not light up upon removal from the box. I'm hoping the product itself isn't defective but who keeps those types of batteries around just in case their light up frisbee doesn't work?Guess I will find out once I'm able to purchase batteries to replace the ones that are in it.Pretty bummed to realize after the price I paid, have to buy new batteries without ever having used this item.

Light up Frisbee
Very nice lighting, the material is a little bit different than the nonlighting one. A little bit hard to turn on the light, but once you get it its very nice!

Works perfectly. Great price.
Works pefectly. Lights up great. Batteries seem to be lasting a long time. This was the best price i could find for any similar product. We have one that cost almost twice as much, and i dont think it's any better.
