GENNEL 3mm x 25M Clear Thin Double Sided Strong Adhesive Acrylic Tape (1/8" x82ft) for Mobile Phone Laptop Tablets LCD Screen

I tend to be the phone case repair person in the family, and almost two years ago, I bought this tape to repair one daughter's case. Since then, I've repaired the cases of five others. My supply is still "sticky" when it came time to repair MY phone case today. Yes, the skinny tape can be a tad hard to maneuver, and yes, it can be tad hard to separate at first. But practice makes perfect, plus there sure is enough tape with which to make and correct mistakes. Today's replacement of six edges was finished in 10 minutes.

not strong at all on painted surfaces, manufacturer said they don't reccomendit something in paint messes with the glue. used for mounting diffusion channel to painted wall. did not hold up damaged led strips when it fell off. multiple times. Sat the channel down on a plastic bag and it stuck like mad. Was super hard to peel off the back of the channel. I gave up after a few inches. Appears to be pretty strong binding two perfectly flat surfaces, like aluminum and glass, probably the wall texture/paint did it in. THey refunded my purchase after initial one star review, updating and adjusting accordingly.

This tape is nice and sticky and the perfect thickness to hold up some things for my custom projects. It’s strong and still easy to remove and functionally works great. Good value for the price and if this is the size you need, this tape is perfect.

It's a little hard to peel the backing. It's not super thin, maybe just a millimeter, so it won't lay completely flat like some thinner tapes. It's very sticky and holds very well. The red backing color also makes it easy to place. It came in a sealed bag with a thin layer of plastic protecting the sides from picking up dust and dirt. Very satisfied.

I love this tape! I have ordered it several times over. I use it for Art Journaling, I can use this to tape most things into my journal- very strong!

Great fit

The tape arrived exactly on time. I was using this for an LCD panel replacement for a 15.6" laptop screen. My laptop had 8mm wide strips for the backside of the panel (down the right-and-left sides) and 1.5mm for the front bezel (all four sides), so I purchased a roll of each. I did not (and neither should you) put the adhesives directly on the LCD panel itself. Since mine had adhesive on both sides of the panel, I put the 8mm on the inside of the back cover on the left-and-right sides (nothing along the top and bottom) and the 1.5mm all around the inside of my bezel that was reinstalled at the end - again, this matched the adhesives I removed when taking the old LCP panel out. It's only been a few weeks, but the adhesive seems to be doing its job. I have been using the laptop daily for many hours a day (on at least 10 hours for work and play) and I close the lid each night. So far nothing has budged!
