I’ve used it once but I love it. I can tell I’ll hve it for years!

I ordered this a few months ago and it arrived damaged. as soon as I opened the box it looked used. I set it up and turned it on the steam came immediately (2 to 3 minutes after turning on) but after 10 minutes, the tank starting leaking and the steam came very weak... It doesn't work the way it should.

I truly loved this steamer up until the day it stopped working. I thought I would have this steamer for the long haul. I was about to return it since it’s been only a few months ago I purchased it, the return window is closed so therefore I have to take my loss.

I haven't used this for its intended purpose but rather to remove some old tint from my vehicle and the wife's. This is so much better and easier.to use than the small underpowered handheld steamer that I ended up returning. It drastically reduced the time that it would've taken to remove the old tint and adhesive. Didn't really have to scrape much adhesive off the windows. Definite must buy if you are a profession window tinter. I am not but I did not want to post to remove old tint.

Not only because I got the damaged one, The overall design is not so good. The wherl is too small and it keep falls down while I use it. And the handle is big and not comfortable to hold it.

The days of getting out the ironing board are over. This steamer is a game changer. Just as yourself I hurry to the review section to get a feel for any product before I buy it. My reviews will always be truthful & straight forward. This steamer definitely did not disappoint. It isn't light, so if you are looking for a lightweight traveling steamer this one isn't for you. This is a heavy duty professional steamer. We don't own an ironing board. Don't want to use it. This steamer helps you to steam and relax wrinkles from your garments. We make sure and use distilled water and therefore have never had to clean up for mineral build up. Heats up fast.

I really like how good this steamer is built and how it performs. It's so much better than the previous one we had. We previously had a PurSteam and it worked ok for about 200 days then just quit working. It was completely dead. The Vivio is a well built machine and I love the large water tank and metal hose connections. The PurSteam was not well built like the Vivio is.

I was excited for the steamer but when it arrived it seemed like the unit had already been used...possibly returned by another dissatisfied customer. Lots of comestic damages. Does not appear to be well made like other products by Reliable. Certainly not worth the price point. The steamer works but I'm worried it will stopped sooner rather than later based on the condition of this unit....not entirely sure this is truly a Reliable product.

I use this to refresh light fabrics …even when very wrinkled. It does not work that successfully on natural fabrics like linen that tend to wrinkle naturally. The stand and wand are very useful for easier use.

Easy to use … and well constructed.

This product is useless. I get more steam from a $90 Canadian Tire steamer. It just gurgles and puts out no steam. Says it is professional and it is not. Not worth the money.
