Genmitsu EVA CNC Milling Bit Storage Tray with 85 Holes, 200mm x 200mm x 43mm

Holds collets and end mills plus an big open area to keep clamps or tools. It is dense foam that is sturdy and seems like it will not fall apart anytime soon. It's nice to keep everything out and organized. Depending on what you use your cnc for, you may have a lot of different end mills/v carve bits. This will keep them in reach and easily identifiable so you grap exactly the one you want without digging through a pile.

The tool bit holders are a nice fit with 6mm and 1/4”. The 1/8” holes are a tight fit. The collet holes are a bit deep and will allow pushing the collets below the top surface making removal difficult. I 3D printed 7.5mm tall spacers which allow easy removal. The deep rectangular pocket is great for tool bits still in the original packaging.

This storage tray is small, light and well organized to hold a lot of different shaft sized CNC bits. There is also places to store multiple collets. Most of the holes hold 1/8" shaft bits but there are plenty of 1/4" shaft holes as well. I do plan to make a covered box to place the tray in when so that it is not getting covered with dust in the CNC area. I would recommend this case to anyone who has to organize their small CNC bit collection.

Perfect to keep my often used bits readily at hand in a drawer. Yes with a CNC machine one could create one but the EVA foam works perfectly with enough grip on the bits to hold them without making it difficult to extract.

This is nicely made and with care, will last forever... I didn't even buy this for router bits, I bought it for the range to help quickly load rounds with my speed loaders and it's perfect! I can dump a box of rounds into the tray, quickly align them in the holes, scoop them up and shove them in my magazines! Works with .308, 9mm, 7.62, and 5.56! Couldn't ask for anything better really when it's not even made for that!!!

Super bien y fácil para usar

Da es auf den Bildern zu erahnen ist, kann man da wohl nichts machen. Doch auf den ersten Blick hatte es einen ordentlichen Eindruck gemacht. Ich war jedoch enttäuscht, als ich das Teil ausgepackt habe. Ich hatte ein stabiles Plastikteil erwartet. Bekommen habe ich ein Schaumstoffstück, dass meiner Meinung nach nicht mal ein Zehntel wert ist. Es wird wohl seinen Zweck erfüllen. Aber ich plane schon irgendetwas darum herumzubauen, damit es wenigstens Formstabil wird. Hätte ich das geahnt, hätte ich so etwas nie gekauft. Einfach nur billiger Schaumstoff! Der Preis grenzt schon an be…...

Update: I was not satisfied with the product and the seller offered me a full refund without me requesting it. I do recommend the seller. Original Review Follows: Well, it will work for the intended purpose, but the material is simply foam, not a rigid plastic. It is no different than the foam you get packed with some products. It will not a lot of use well. Foam like this has a tendency to degrade over time. Honestly not worth the price, even though the price is not high.

The advertisement is described as 'Vinyl, Plastic' but this is 100% foam. It's just a piece of foam with some holes drilled in and they are charging almost £20.... really? It's just a piece of foam. This item is shockingly overpriced for a piece of foam and it does not match the advertisement and I have returned this. I would strongly advise you do not purchase this.
