Does it help psoriatic scalp issues? Yes. Is it a panacea? No, but I don't think it's claiming to be. It is a good addition to your arsenal in your fight to calm your scalp and lessen the flakes. Like other products, one has to continue to rotate usage in order to get the best and longest relief. This one's impressed me enough to be added. I found it worked very well in a two shampoo approach in conjunction with Nizoral first, then Flexitol. This product is the best I have found to calm the scalp itself.

Works well after a few consistent uses, the consistency of the product is a little like glue so it's a bit hard to get out of the bottle lol.

This is ok. Nothing special. Works just like any scalp shampoo.

I don't have dandruff, but I do have a very sensitive scalp that frequently itches like crazy. This product really helps my sensitive scalp not itch, so I'll keep buying it, as I've not found anything else that is as good. However, the "conditioner" they mention seems to be nonexistent from my perspective. My hair gets quite strawlike if I use this product every day, so I've cut it down to 3 or 4 days a week and use Avalon Organic Nourishing Lavender the other 3 or 4 days. I have to use an actual conditioner to be able to run a comb through my hair after shampooing. If it helps anyone, I've found that Pantene conditioner that comes in a tube works for my hair while generating the least amount of itch.

This is a very gentle shampoo/conditioner 2-in-1. If you have very oily hair, this might be too moisturizing for you. I have sensitive skin on my scalp, and this is very soothing. The colloidal oatmeal is nice. This gets everything clean and soft, rinses clear. I really like it. I do condition my ends, as I have long hair and this isn't quite enough for brushing it out. If your hair is short, you can just use this. It's great for dry hair and/or any skin issue that affects your scalp.

Pour a little bit of this on your scalp and rub it in. It tingles and feels great on your scalp and takes away the itch.

I was so looking forward to receiving this shampoo as I have a MAJORLY dry, itchy scalp that keeps me awake at night. As soon as I got it I washed my hair. It suds up very nicely and for a few hours my hair feels nice and soft and fresh, and the itch is gone!....................but not for long............ For a brief few hours, it is perfect but then all the itch and dryness seem to come back. It is a nice shampoo but I guess I will be buying a cheaper brand when this is done as I can not afford the price if it does not work for my scalp.

Its nice enough shampoo to use, but it doesn't help with problem scalp though (dandruff, etc). So not recommended unless you just want a pricey non-medicinal product. Cleans and conditions just fine
