do you plug this in to the factory harness and both connections work, or do you have to cut wires?

Its plug and play... no cutting on my 2014 1500. Wonderful part.

does this come with the bracket

It does. I didn't use the bracket because it fit the hole in the bumper perfectly just as the factory ones. 2014 Silverado.

Will this work for my 07 Chevy Silverado Classic?

Yes. It should. I used it on my 07 old body style.

Will it snap in from original hole of the hitch ? And does it come with the wires ??

It did not fit the original hole on my truck (04 f250) it did however come with a new bracket. No wires included, uses the factory wire harness and plug.
