Simple command keys such as cyril c for copy and ctrl v for paste do not work. is this normal for this keyboard?

1. For windows system, please press fn + W to switch the keyboard into win mode, then press ctrl + c to realize the copy function, and ctrl + v to realize the paste function. 2. For mac system, please press fn + Q to switch the keyboard into mac mode, under mac, cmd + c means copy, cmd + v means paste.

Can anyone tell me the dimensions of the mouse (height particularly). Also, any recent reviews where mouse issues are non-existent?

Height of mouse is little under 3/4 inch. 4.5 inch x 2.5 inch L and W. Light weight and excellent feel of buttons. looks nice, feel nice. I really liked it, so after and few months, I ordered another one. Mouse required 2 AAA battery and keyboard is rechargeable. First ones mouse's scroll failed after a few months, but I still use it. The other ones USB bluetooth dongle fried just after a year, so both mouse and keyboard are trash. A few month ago from Amazon I bought "Jelly Comb" brand. It's mouse is only 1/2" height, rest dimensions are about same. Has all the qualities of the above ones, except both mouse and keyboard are rechargeable. Keyboard weight wise it feels a tiny bit heavier than previous ones. I really like it. Since I had it only about 3 months, I can not speak about durability. I am just average user of these devices, by no means heavy user (about 4 hrs a day).
