Would this bulb fit my honda silverwing 600 motorcycle

If there is an H7 mount, then yes

It says this doesn't fit a 2019 Astra K but bulbs look identical. Will these be ok?

They fit as I have fitted them to my Astra k 2018. Personally I would not bother as there is no difference in performance over the standard OEM bulbs.
