does it work on hard wood floors with old urine dark stains

I would not use this product on hardwood floors. There is another product for hardwood.

my dog has been using a carpeted, unused bedroom as a toilet. Which do I need to get out strong urine smell: urine destroyer or the advanced formula?

Thanks for asking, Scampernanny! The best formula to use for urine-specific messes is the Urine Destroyer. It has a light, fresh scent called line-dried sheets. If you prefer citrus scents, we recommend the sunny lemon scented Advanced formula. We hope this helps you! For more help, contact Nature's Miracle directly at PHGAmazon@spectrumbrands.com.

should I use this product on clothes? (T-shirts ect...)

Thanks for asking! You can use our Nature's Miracle formula on clothes. If you do please be sure to do a color-fastness test first. For more help contact Nature's Miracle directly at PHGAmazon@spectrumbrands.com. We are happy to help!

does the work on a bed mattress?

Since the mattress can't be washed it will retain the scent of the spray. But it does break down the urine and excrement. If you have a Spotlifter type of cleaner I would use that too

fast delivery and its works

Our dogs anal glad burst and left an awful smell, we had tried various products which did not work, read about this so thought we would give it a go. Great product after one application the smell disappeared , and the product arrived ahead of the date specified which was an added bonus.

My go to

My go to for cleaning accidents up. I have repurchased this multiple times. Great for dog messes and actually use this when potty training my toddlers. Smells a little strong but dissipates nicely. Never had a problem with pee smells coming back so is effective.
