Does this work? I don’t see that it does.

It is a very good product.  The herb itself is well known in the native culture for Diabetes support.  In my case, it did not work at all.  I do heavy research into all the herb products (many raw herbs) that I use.  This specific herb, insulin plant, I read the clinical trials published by government website, searched Google India servers for support to confirm it would actually work.  I did whole body testing on myself with this product (electrical Dermal testing) and everything indicated it would solve "cure" the problem. It just did not.   However, it does show it helps the Pancreas regenerate the Beta Cells and repopulate the inselts in the pancreas which helps product insulin so in that respect it is worth a try.  It really is a long term (4 months) product rather than a "take it and your blood sugar drops right now" type product. It is doing "repair".   As a side note, you could just diet and use herbs that block sugar absorbtion into the GI tract such as Jamun, Mulberry Leaf, Gymnena, Mango leaf.

Question 2

I read that this contains Palmitic acids which damages the heart muscle. Anyone know anything about this?

A study of the leaves of the Insulin plant showed that they contain high quantities of Palmitic Acids. The substance is known to have harmful effects such as damaging of heart muscle cells in rats and increasing the bad cholesterol (LDL) cholesterol in humans. So the researchers of this study advise against the long and continuous use of Insulin  Plant.

Does this product contain aristolochic acid?

NO this product only contains the insulin plant ground into a powder all natural nothing else it has taken my glucose from 225 to 90

How big is a scoop? There is no scoop in my jar. It says 3g but is that a tsp, Tbsp, or what?

0.6 (six tenths) of a teaspoon is equivalent to 3 grams. That is a tad more than 1/2 tsp.  Sometimes the little scooper is buried at the bottom of the container. Use a clean fork to see if you can lift it to the top of the powder. It is a clear plastic scooper with a handle.  If it is definitely missing order another jar of it and use that scooper. Or look on the container for contact info and contact them to mail you one. They may or may not be able to do that. Give it a try. 
To double Ck my conversion do a search on your computer and ask “what is the conversion from 3 grams to teaspoon measurement.” That is where I found it. Have a good day.
