Is this oil free to use with lash extensions?

I don't know if it is oil free, but I have had lash extensions for many years and have used this eye pen for just as many - with absolutely no issues. So go ahead and use it. It's my fav liner!

An easy eyeliner to use unlike others I have tried over many years. I am 78 so the hand gets a bit shaky now especially after a gin and tonic, but it is so easy to apply and unlike other eyeliners lasts a long time
