Highly Recommend for Library Public and Personal
I got this to repair my D&D Dungeon Master book since a bunch of pages ended up ungluing from the spine. It was easy to use and secured the pages easily without covering the text on the pages. I definitely recommend it for simple repairs, like page tears or loose pages.

Easy to use (practice first) and quite effective.

Needed some in a hurry so ordered from Amazon. It is the authentic product I have always used by Kapco, and provided by The Library Store.

Does not stick
We used this product to repair library books, and the tape lifts off. In addition, it is transparent, which leaves a messy binding repair. That is less important, however, as the tape does not stay.

We have a number of donated books where the binding is breaking down. This works well when adding strength to the hinge of hard bond books.
