Very small in size
I had requested return thrice as was getting cancelled. Then I called Amazon agent and he again asked me to book return which shockingly again got cancelled and I never get any call or Amazon agent visited my home for pickup. To my understanding bei g this a small item and of just 799, Amazon is least bothered for pickup and return. Didn't expected such a worst ever experience from Amanzon.

Good sized lunch bag
The bag looks neat and beautiful. It is sturdy just how I wanted a lunch bag to be. Spacious, size is exactly as mentioned in the description. I do not know about durability though. But from the build, it feels durable. Satisfied with the purchase.

Green color , not dried well.
I have bought this item three items. First two were very good quality the straws are dried and good yellow color. The third time one is green and not dried properly. Would like a replacement. Definitely over priced.
